Hi All,
I have been smoking for 39 years.
I have quit temporarily over the years but have always ended up smoking again.
I really want to quit but I don’t think that I can do it cold turkey.
Has anyone out there used electronic cigarettes in combination with hypnosis with any success?
I’d be glad to hear of your stories.
I am going to try the electronic cigarette from Green Smoke and I think that combined with the hypnosis, well that may do the trick.
I’m guessing it will be different for everyone though.

“I just wanted to throw up here that Iv been esmoking with the greensmoke for the past week or so. I love it. never go back to analog cigarettes again. the green smoke feels just like a real cig and produces a lot of “smoke”. however it does it without all the tar and bad stuff and without any odor or second hand smoke effects.
