Well quitting smoking is really hard to do with all the chemicals they put into them to keep you addicted. And while Electronic Cigarettes are not really for quitting smoking, just the nature of them can help you quit in a short time if you have the will to quit.
There are special cartridges, some even flavored, that have higher and lower nicotine values just like the patch, only you chose when to ingest the nicotine, rather than having the patch supply it all day.
That way you can have a real cigarette once in awhile without overdosing on nicotine, and be well on your way to quitting.
Last question, Are Electric Cigarettes safe?
Well just like anything else, Harvey thinks there is always some sort of risk involved, but its alot less risk than smoking real cigarettes.
Some people have claimed the ethylene glycol in them is dangerous for you, but Harvey says bah to that.
There is poison in everything we eat and drink and especially smoke.
They are a much better risk than smoking the real thing, thats for sure.
